CTG has executed a reseller agreement licensing Syclo’s Agentry platform and is being certified as an Agentry mobile application developer.
The new CTG offering, Vulcan Voice Powered by Agentry, incorporates a state-of-the-art speech recognition engine and text-to-speech application to optimize the enterprise-wide management of inventory, resources and facilities. The new solution allows workers to interact with their warehouse management systems by voice, improving productivity and accuracy across manufacturing plants and distribution facilities by freeing workers’ hands and eyes to focus on their specific tasks."
